All online appointments are processed by an external third-party scheduling provider.

Schedules, availability, and online payments are managed on their secure platform.

You agree to provide accurate financial and contact information when booking.

Seabreeze Coastal Massage is not liable for booking platform technical errors.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

No-shows may be charged the full amount of the service.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time to respect others.

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions prior to their treatment.

You must update us on any health changes before subsequent sessions.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.

You accept all inherent risks associated with receiving massage therapy services.

Illicit, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate session termination.

Full payment remains due if a session is terminated for behavior.

Seabreeze Coastal Massage operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Any disputes will be resolved within the local state court system.
